5. Or someone decided to say forget checking for issues

i expected a little more from PTP on a Meth Injection plug.

the spray end should be on the opposite side if installing the plug same as stock

yes that nozzle is installed from the wrong side...you'll be atomizing oil from inside the manifold to the engine bay that way

Post all you want, shit happens and we have several that have these with out any problems. I just checked a few and they all look good, here is a picture of one.

Maybe they should all be checked to insure a proper straight fit... im not the only one...if you give me something for free as representation of your PARTS and it doesnt work as advertised, you are going to hear about it. You would think, i would of gotten ones that were straight...

If i was producing parts, you better bet your ass, they are going to work as designed, look professional and be built with pride.

Folks, I'm just a regular guy on this forum. I read alot more than I post. I depend on the senior members to learn from and without their/your experience I would certainly screw up something! I am sitting here thinking about whether if I was a real noob and bought that part and installed it, how bad it could be. We've been seeing a number of failures here followed by quick re-designs and rushes to get the new parts out. Hal, thanks for calling attention to this. Your members need and deserve to be protected from substandard parts. I really don't want to be a test subject for just anyone with an idea, a piece of paper, and a friend with a machine shop. I don't mean to step on any toes but this is how I feel!

I guess I am a prick or lakey, hell I don't know but I have been called much worse from the forum members that you use to repect (laloosh in the begining and ???). I am not going to get into a pissing match with the site owner (no idea why I am in the first placed but oh well), I am going to try and close this thread again. I have no idea why you opened it after I closed it but as far as I can tell the issue has been resolved.

We have heard back from several that have not had any issues with the part, a few have. Its free, if you don't like it pay for one and we will make sure that we get you 2 of them that are perfect. I am sure your not going to like my responce and I am going to have to pay for this in the long run. Either way, I am sorry that this happend and your right they should be perfect, we messed up and it will only make us a better shop in the future.

so im confused... was it intentionally drilled upside down too. the thread being off is terrible but forgiveable. the fucking thing being upside down from oem is whats kinda mindboggling.

the argument is whether kevin should have kept this private. I think he would have if there wasnt already so many letdowns from you john. i think its time you got squared away up there.... buckled down so to speak.

Weve been fairly patient in this community if you ask me.

I am glad that Hal brought this to our attention as well. You feelings are respected and understood. You concerns are ours as well and this is why we have taken our time getting the traction bars, fueling solutions, pass side mount, built motors, ect ect out to the market. The windage tray alone took 3 revisions before we released it, we had 2 different revisions on the BSD because people didn't want to tap a hole on there block.

We have been holding off on getting parts out to you guys due to the rash of problems with the other guys products. We are trying to be the one company that stands out from the rest.

You can screw it in from either side, its not one side deppendent.

If the community is so patient (even you have changed over to another shop for your build) then why have there been so many changes? If you want proper built parts, wait. If you don't want to wait then there is another guy waiting in line for your money. I am not the only game in town and trust me I am not the only one screwing up right now. Take a look around, pumps, mounts, blown motors, ect ect I am happy I didn't rush anything and I am not going to rush anything to satisfy you or anyone else. When its done, I will post about it. When we start working on something new, I will make a post about it with no time line.

I don't want to get into a pissing match with anyone and the last person I thought it would have been is Hal.
