Who Wants My Battery Box?

Here's the deal: You've all seen my battery box. You all know that you want my battery box. No one likes the huge ass POS that the MS3 comes with. No one...

How do you get around it though? Put the battery in your trunk? Wiring nightmare...

You want my box. You know you do.

All kidding aside, I've had a lot of comments on my box. I'll have to wait till I get the car back to go into more details (the battery I have in it, etc...), but I figured I'd gauge interest in the battery box. I'm talking to the people who made the box about maybe making it for other people. I've already had two people inquire about the box, so, if you're interested, let me know.

I don't know the rules, but if we get enough interest, maybe we can set up a group buy or something.

I'll get back to you on the details of the battery that I have, cause I can't remember off the top of my head. I know it's an Odyssey, but I don't know the exact model number.

It's a mini battery kit... I imagine they all look pretty similar. Buschur doesn't make anything for the Mazda though, so that's why I posted this.

By any chance did you get rid of the stocker? Skeeter is looking for one. Just looking out for him. Id be interested in one for the MS6 stock sized battery. I do autocross and the stock plastic tabs don't cut it.

One of the local guys has my stocker now. I can check with them to see if they might be interested in doing one for the stock battery

U got any pics of it w.o the bttery in it? I can tell u if its same as buschur bcuz I got one..


Plus if it is I can save tax for u guys I live 10mins away from them I can pic em up for cash at cost cuz that's how they work and ill ship em out.

I've actually got some bad news.

I talked to Matt at HTP, and he's not going to be making this box anymore. He is making another version of it that's going to be much better. It's a complete battery relocation, so it frees up the spot where your battery box is for something else (like a meth tank, for example).

I'll keep you posted on the progress

I just replaced my battery in the evo it lasted 3years of daily driven 50 miles Mon thru Fri..all seasons and multiple passes..


Some do cause misfires though..hafta make sure their secured good.

Unsure on that. He's still in the test fitting stage. The box that he's working on is gonna go up in the front left fender, I believe
