Just a Thanks Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at Cobb. One of the buttons on my AP cable recently broke off, making it difficult to unplug my AP, so I can conceal it in my glovebox, etc. I read a recent thread on here where someone had a similar problem and got it resolved. I contacted Cobb, and they asked for a proof of purchase, which I thought was reasonable. Contacted Edge Auto, shout out to them too, and they sent me the invoice from when I bought the AP about 2 years ago. Sweet. This was done while on the phone, within seconds, no bullshit about having to look it up etc. I Forwarded the invoice to Cobb, and just received UPS shipping confirmation on a new cable headed my way. They could have easily dismissed my issue, and force me to buy a 70 dollar cable, but they sent me a new one with no gripes. I like to give praise where it is due, and despite recent concerns with ATR, I still appreciate a business that takes care of their customers the way Cobb took care of me. |

Yea, luckily I found the button on the floor board, so I wedge it in there everytime I remove the AP from the mount. Here in San Antonio car burglaries happen alot, so you have to hide yo shit. I was surprised they replaced the cable for free considering I have had my AP for so long. And the guy, I think his name was Drew, was super cool on the phone. |
