(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Finally after a week of docking around, the tuning is complete. Our recent issue was for some odd reason, we were seeing huge amounts of knock in only one cell. The auto tuning software which actually does closed loop WOT ignition tuning kept picking up knock and retarding the ignition. We eventually ended up with a ignition curve going from 26 degrees to 4 degrees and back to 24. There was a very noticeable dip in power when going through that "trouble" cell. So after doing a few things (checking plugs, etc.) we decided to swap to another PowerFC, luckily we had two on hand. Lo and behold the issue was gone. (Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Installed a Prosport 60mm LSU 4.9 wideband gauge, Bought the Lo-Tek 60mm A pillar gauge pod, so off went the oem one! Removing the oem a pillar was finicky, I removed the 2 bolts on the side of the dash (facing the drivers door) to leverage a bit of wiggle room with the dash. The a pillar essentially clips in, a bit of yank and it came out. Problem area was the area around the top latch for the top. I surmise you could remove it for better leverage but it is not necessary. Next I found a nice spot where I could route the gauge wires up into the A pillar, I decided the best spot to tap for power was the fuse box located on the side of the dash facing the drivers door. The prosport gauge actually requires a 12v constant and a 12v switch, this is due to the peak and warn function. If you only hooked it up to the switch then the gauge would lose its set peak and warn memory every time you turned the car off. To ensure a steady flow of electricity I hooked in a relay from the 12v switch to the battery. For the 12v constant I tapped into the OBD2 fuse. For the 12v switch I used the CIG fuse (ACC) although a IGN switch would work too. Routed the wires under the driver side door sill, just pull up gently around the edges and it comes out! (held in by plastic clips) I used this grommet to route the wires to the engine bay. Controller box for the wideband (Not all widebands use an external controller, some like the AEM UEGO is built into the gauge) Finished product Koke382 likes this.

It's been a long time, we need to catch up one of these days. Interesting enough, I did fix the understeering. Played around with the tire pressure till I got it where I wanted. I dropped about three psi in the front.
