Default Msm wont start, help!

Need some help with a miata!
Just had the engine rebuilt, block is back in the car. The car sat for about 7 or so months, so we drained all the fuel and refilled it, we are getting fuel and spark in the cylinders and it is turning over but not firing. Verified timing, no vacuum leaks.. Everything on the car is stock but the pistons, rods, valves, and turbo. Car is an 04 mazdaspeed miata.
@Code Monkey; if you know someone that could help please tag them

The rings are new and have never been heat cycled so the compression is 60 at the moment.
Was told that putting a few drops of trans fluid in each cylinder would raise it up a little more but once it heat cycles and sets in it'll raise up

Get a buddy and have them turn the car over, while you have a multimeter checking for resistance at the sensor. If it is zero or infinite you have a bad sensor.
