Default P301 missfire issue

So my 2007 cx-7 is having a miss fire on #1 . I noticed it on day driving home and it went away. Well about a week later it came back so I just changed all the plugs. Worked for a couple more weeks and boom. Miss fire again. Switched coils around and #1 still miss fired. Decided to pull the plug and wow. It was white. Should I try changing the fuel injectior? Any advice is appreciated thanks
