Exclamation Starter not working after replacing head

i just finished replacing the head on my 2007 Mazda cx-7, went to start it and nothing, the starter isn't even trying to turn, I've checked relays, checked battery voltage, and gone over the wire looms. i never touched the starter or its connections so i am a bit confused, the battery was out of the car for around 3 weeks, when i turn the key to on the check engine light is on solid then for a few seconds it will flash then go solid again. The TCS and DCS lights are also on. Any ideas why the starter wont work?, i have no idea considering it worked fine before i replaced the head

the harness on the left side of the motor(if you are looking at them motor) runs down under the intake mani and to the starter, there is a signal wire that is know to cause issues, wiggle that around and I bet she starts right up

i tried to wiggle around any connectors i saw on the left side near the intake, there was a big grey one and a little grey connector, i even messed with a few other connectors on the harness, but no luck, is it on the same part of the loom where the injectors plug in? would you possibly be able to provide a picture or reference to where or what connector it is? there are so many lol, im just afraid because i need it done yesterday and if i take it to a dealership they could end up telling me i need a new harness or something and charge me a huge amount when i dont need it

When i was installing my OCC there was 1 tiny wire on the front of the engine that was knocked loose that wouldn't engage the starter. It's been a few years, but i believe the connector was sitting on a circular part on the front of the engine, slightly off center, favoring the passenger side. It was a single wire that was slightly loose that wouldn't allow my car to start. Assuming it's the starter solenoid.

Did your tampon fall out? Eat a snickers & chill.

I was trying to help him get a better idea of where to look other than 'Google it'.
This is also under the CX-7 section if you weren't aware
