That, or because it was a mistake on the corporate side (and not the consumer) eat shipping fees, send him an overnight box to overnight incorrect part to them, then overnight correct part back to consumer. Either way would minimize downtime as regular mail can take a week or more transitioning back and forth between 2 sites. Sent from my iPod 5G using FuckThisShit
