House Cleaning at EdgeAutosport!

We have been rearranging some stuff and making room for more stuff and we have a few items that we have had on the shelves for a while and would like for them to go to a new home.

The first up is a JBR Widepath for a Big Turbo with the Blue Filter and recirc - $256.50

We have two rear DBA T2 Rotors for a speed 3 - $172.24 for the pair.

We have four black cp-e XcelXL intakes - $196.84

We have one black six piston Wilwood Caliper Kit - $902.50

We have three black Wilwood four Piston Caliper kits (with updated hardware) - $555.75

We have one Snow Stage 2 MAF Boost Cooler Meth kit - $370.22

All the parts above are brand new in box!

Last of all, we have a slightly used ETS TMIC for a Gen 1 speed 3 - $350

I'm running a Gen 1 ETS TMIC on my Pu and it works fine. The shroud obviously doesn't line up properly and the rubber seal beneath the hood scoop sits on the back of the IC, but even heatsoaked it has never melted the rubber onto it, and keeps bats 15* above ambient. $350 is a great price.

I apologized and handled the situation professionally. I offered easy and reasonable solutions for a simple and honest mistake.

We make mistakes and we fix our mistakes. But I can't send out free parts that I have no guarantee of getting in return or undamaged. That's not directed at Mike, that's directed at anyone in general. I think almost any company operates the same way unless the circumstance is MUCH different.

For those that don't know, we accidentally sent out 2 rotors of one side instead of one right and one left. If a situation like this happens, here is our policy.

There are 2 options. The first is that you have the option to pay for another rotor for the same cost you originally paid and send back the other one simultaneously or whenever is convenient and we will provide the shipping label for the return so you don't have to pay. Once it arrives back to us, we credit you for the amount paid for the second rotor. The 2nd option is that you send back the rotor first, without paying, and once we get it back, we'll ship you another one.

That policy has worked very well so far and it's the only reasonable way we can process returns quickly and efficiently.

Mike can probably remember a time where I called ATP Turbo to try to help him warranty a turbo THAT HE BOUGHT FROM STREET UNIT. What we do is far from dicking around with customers. We do the very best we can, we always have, and we always will. We take this community seriously, trust me. But we can't just do whatever people want, whenever people want.

Can you not just put a hold on the purchase for the right side rotor in this case - as in you have the PO drawn up, but cancel it when the lefty arrives? If it's damaged or doesn't arrive, you process the charge.
