(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I needed a couple of DP studs and nuts for my install(bought them just in case and ended up only eneding 1). Cost of the 4 items $4.08 Cost of cheapest shipping available $12.70 Really the ONLY reason I paid more than 3 times as much in shipping than the item was because no local dealer had any studs/nuts available nor could get them in time. I serisouly recommend adding USPS priority mail shipping(especially with their flat rate options) for some of the smaller/lighter stuff. |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Nope, went strictly via the website. Figured the only options they wanted/could do were what was on the website. USPS never came up as an option when I ordered. For future orders if I don't see USPS I'll most likely call, but it shouldn't be that hard to incorporate it into the site so people have that option and don't inundate them with calls really. | Not Ranked : 0 score I ordered my nine turbo studs and associated nuts and paid $12.70 in shipping on $18. I figured they charge free shipping on orders over $149 so they gotta make up the monies elsewhere and small orders are where it's at. I'd rather pay $12.70 on the small items and not pay shipping on my intercooler I bought. At least it's better than Corksport. Fucking charge for everything regardless of price (though in full disclosure they sent me free stickers one time)

| Not Ranked : 0 score Just order more stuff! Can't tell you how many times I've searched for something else I don't need but could eventually need to hit that $200 mark! Haha. Kidding, of course. I feel your pain. At least its not like other vendors where a $800 exhaust still costs $40-50 to ship though.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Unfortunately we don't' have a way to make flat rate shipping fit with certain items at this time. If we put it up, it would show up on everything, then somebody would be able to choose the cheapest option and the item they bought may not fit with the flat rate option they chose. We'll look into making flat rate options show up with specific items but at this time, its best to just give us a call on the smaller stuff like studs and nuts. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Love Edge & recommend them all the time, but, frankly, for studs/nuts/bolts you can run to the local hardware store...

| Not Ranked : 0 score ATP/Edge has them for $1.05/each, which is reasonable. I know they are 10mm 1.5 pitch, but I've never been able to find the ones that we need where one end is shorter than the other.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Ace hardware has em- that's where mine came from. The spiffy copper nuts too if ya want em. Nothing against Edge- great folks and I encourage shopping with em. Just offering an alternative for generic nuts & bolts cause I think it's silly to pay shipping and wait days for something that's also available around the corner.

I just know now for future to give you guys a call and get USPS shipping so I don't get ass reamed by UPS on shipping charges(personally I loathe UPS because they are the most expensive shipper and treat their packages like shit) - based on experience with Amazon where everything used to get shipped by UPS and would arrive damaged box, smelled like gas, had all kinds of marks - as of latelymost my items come USPS/FedEx and always the package is perfectly intact and no gouge marks/issues with the box that make me wonder if the item inside made it. | |||
