Maybe this will get your attention (Defective Part)

On August 30th, 2013, I placed an order for two rear Koni Yellow shocks for a gen 1 speed3. I received the shocks in a box that was ripped, tattered and barely held together with tape. The shocks had plenty of room to wobble and looked like they had been bumping against each other in transit.

On Sunday, October 6, 2013, I attempted to install the shocks and realize that one was defective. Specifically, one of the shocks would not accept any adjustment at all. I subsequently ordered another shock from you on Monday October 7.

Your sales rep was very nice, understood my situation, and got me the shock I ordered and shipped within a day and I was able to get all my parts installed. When I spoke to the rep he informed me that you guys would not be accepting the shock back and that I had to wait for an email from Koni with information concerning any warranty or return I would make.

Today is October 29, and I have not heard back from either you or Koni. I'm fully aware that you didn't make the shock and that sometimes defective parts get shipped. With that said I'm very disappointed that I have not heard anything. I've had great buying experiences from you guys with many of my orders and I know that my problem is not representative of your business. But I'm at school all day, almost everyday, and I simply don't have the time to keep making phone calls trying to send PMs that don't get responded to in order to get the problem resolved.

All I'm hoping for at this point is that someone will do the right thing and either take the shock back or get me the information I need to return the damn thing.

Edge got me all squared away. We're not really sure why there was such a long delay, but whatever the reason Edge will send me a return label and refund me the purchase price for the defective shock. So we're all good.
