(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Meaning of true customer service Jp and Alan were both at MegaNator. When they came, they asked if I liked the setup, so I told them my issues. They promised they would help. So today I went to the track with the intention of raising the rear. Who walks over but Jp and Alan, they didn't just direct me, they got down and actually helped me raise the rear. They wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I most definitely am. A big thank you to them for all the help. Do not hesitate to call these gents and give them your hard earned dollars.
