Then living in Minnesota we had an ice storm that weekend and my wife totaled her car Sunday the 10th I was really bumming we really needed the money I spent on my car to purchase a new one I was incredibly stressed. I called JP Tuesday and told him I needed to return my purchase for the above reason. He first asked if my wife was ok and then told me he would contact the shippers to turn the shipment around. I was worried about the restocking fee to which he said to me "no problem" my stress level went down immediately. I just wanted to tell the Mazda community how impressed I was with their customer service and how they treated me and how JP and Allen kept me updated with my refund when anything changed. I am sure this was a huge headache for you guys but thank you! You guys have a customer for life!  mazdaspeed916 and slikr like this.
