(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Outstanding Customer Service When I'm looking for new parts I like to give the new vendors a bit of business and in this case, JP Alonso of Edge Auto Sport had the CP-e Safe Seals (Injector Seals) that I wanted in stock. He gave me a great price on them including shipping and everything was great. However, the day my CP-e prepackaged item showed up, NO SEALS, just an empty plastic shipping tube where they should have been. **NOTE: This iis NOT a CP-e bash/rant, I understand that mistakes and other shit happen** Well, as totally disappointed & pissed that I was, I sent a PM immediately to JP. JP's reply came quick and he was on top of it. He made sure that an actual set of injector seals was in the mail to my house the NEXT day. I recieved them in a couple days and I couldn't be happier. JP Alonso really came through with OUSTANDING customer service. He did not hesitate to make things correct or give me a hard time when I explained the situation and he made sure to take care of me. Thanks again Bro. I would not hesitate to place an order through this vendor and will look to him again in the future. rfinkle2 likes this.

The AP was shipped out quickly and despite a shipping issue it was corrected immediately with no hassle. I'm very pleased with the one-on-one customer service you get from these guys and wil be ordering more stuff in the near future from them. :thumbsup:
