I wouldn't use that.
Standard coolant.
70% water 30% coolant in summer.
50/50 winter.

I realize now that you're just topping up. If you have fl22 in the system, then I guess you're stuck.
When it comes time for a full system flush, don't waste the money.

Performed a ghetto test of the wastegate with my bike pump (reads 0-120psi). The arm seemed to move every time right below 15 psi. Probably do a more official one tonight with a boost gauge T'd into the line.

There's a pump you can buy at HF for 10 bucks that plugs into the cig outlet. I'm going to buy one for a boost leak test on my car, I can't figure out where my leak is coming from. Bike pump is super ghetto

Edit: I don't know what the pressure on that pump is!

It may be super ghetto but in theory it's doing exactly the same as a hand pump. I do have an electric pump that tops out at 30psi maybe I'll give that a try too.

With all the whispers of creep on the Internal wastegate ATP turbos, I decided a little extra protection from the stock cat/dp would be a good idea. I'm also only targeting 350 hp so I should be able reach that without upgrading. Sent a batch of logs to @rfinkle2; and all seemed good, so it appears to be working.

Another log/revision, another 10 hp. Should be at 300+ with the next revision and then it's on to e85! Note: the 93 is just the dd tune, we aren't trying to push it crazy hard. Still on stock dp and 2.25" intake!

Fair enough on the DP; it doesn't seem to have a huge effect(if any) at lower power levels. That 2871 has a 4" inlet if I'm not mistaken, that's a big drop down right in front of it to 2.25", probably not huge either but I hope he can pull a bit more power out of it on 93.

Completely agree with you that this system could breath better, but we are trying to squeeze the goal out of minimal mods for a challenge.

Up to this point i have been very happy with my results. On pump gas my k04 I was struggling to hit 275hp (i blame it on crummy gas in my area). So this turbo is clearly working well.

I know you guys aren't trying to push this little guy hard, but I would be really interested to see how far you can get on a safe but aggressive 93 tune. When will the 3 inch intake be going in? Our mods will be very similar so I'm especially curious! Is there a target for the 93 tune?

I'll have to defer to Rob @rfinkle2; on what he thinks is left in it.

Initial goal was 300 though.
