Well, I sent a detailed email with questions Feb. 3rd through the "contact us" page and then a follow up request through your MSF Feb. 6th. I now realize I made two mistakes... First was forgetting to save the long ass email I sent the 3rd, and second was to use email instead of PM here, haha.
