| Not Ranked : 0 score Definitely not. These are ecoboost only and are 20% bigger. Probably come from one of the larger motors.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Didn't think so, a buddy was telling me about FSwerks making bigger injectors for his FST, I told him that would be big news to me. Nothin on that site but PI Injectors. He linked me this, its obscurity gave me doubts. On the other hand this subforum broke its cherry. Pic of a stock injector if anyone is curious http://www.focusst.org/forum/focus-s...ed-st2-17.html

| Not Ranked : 0 score Mazda's injectors are unfortunately not similar to a lot of the other Bosch injectors everyone is using. I am not sure if we'll ever see upgrades especially as additional injector setups become the norm and have some advantages in terms of valve cleaning and price of the injectors themselves. Adding 20% more flow to our current injectors would still not satisfy the big power guys.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Seems like a replacement ECU. Their work on the GTR and 911 is impressive. If they pull off a good integration on the MS cars it will be very nice for the big power people and it won't be cheap. Probably at least in the 2.5k range by the time it's imported to the US.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Gunther at totalmps already has injectors to fit our cars, just no way of controlling them. We were talking about it last summer, apparently they work at a pressure that the ecu just wouldn't be able to read (or something along thjose lines). He did say there was a solution being worked on, this may be it.

From what I can gather, the ecu would need a total re-write just to be able to register the pressure they would work at, kind of like how a dashhawk will only read 22.5 psi maximum. I doubt he'll come on here after the rough ride he got over the sure injector seals thread.

| Not Ranked : 0 score The dashhawk can only display 22.5 psi, because the factory map sensor only reads to 22.5 psi. Now, that's not to say it will read higher with another map, but I would assume it would.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Actually the parameter is limited to 255kpa by the data type being used. So the map sensor you use doesn't change this. In order for cobb to display above this range with a 3bar map sensor they are using another parameter (sensor voltage) and applying the conversion to this.

But nobody posted any more info after testing them which led me to believe there were issues. high flow MZR DISI injectors w/pics MazdaSpeed MZR people, how much fuel would you want?

| Not Ranked : 0 score If it is a sensor issue, couldn't you put a little PIC inbetween the ECU and sensor so scale the % with stock tuning or using the stock parameters? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score You'd have to do that based off of injector flow data, which we don't currently have (yet). Basically we would have to map two injectors, one stock and one aftermarket and use maths to figure out what pressure each one flows the same at, then probably remap the hpfp tables to target the correct pressures then use the controller to interpolate the commanded with actual pressure. It would be a bit of a nightmare to get right.

| Not Ranked : 0 score i know this is old but we progressed quite a bit from that last post the stock speed injectors cant be modified very well with out f up the spray pattern the reason being if you look at the eco boost injectors they have a multi hole gause on end of the nozzle and the injector needle sits behind it . on the speed injector the needle sits right bang on the end of the nozzle making in impossible to modify for extra flow as the the bosch units perfect to modify with out screwing the needle , these range of injectors is what we working on + some of the skyactive range of units these are on testing stage at the moment with a new ecu as listed above a range of retro fit di injectors will be available once testing is complete , this will be done on joint total-syvecs ecu for the speed as we have full table control + extra aux inputs at the moment the units price is quite high at $4000 once complete we will get a condensed pnp units which will come at a lower price which will be more affordable by everyone current state of this is bench test engine runs wich is a success in a couple of weeks this will be fitted into chassis piggy backed to original ecu so we can have all other electronics working ie dash tc etc once this has been completed can bus will be in programed to ecu to control all existing ecu body control modules. once that is done. original ecu can be trashed and plug and play unit will be finalized this will revolutionize mazdaspeed ecu control to next level with no limits 1st we will be testing current range of di injectr for retro fit and modification to find limits of the current pump we will have spare 6 aux channels thse can be used for other aps like aux fueling fully sequential and integrated into one unit you want to scrap maf no problem you want to replace any sensor on the car no problem at all user will have full control of every senor on there engine |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Current limits of the pump can be easily extrapolated using lobe measurement combined with piston width and a little bit of math.
