I haven't noticed the engine sitting unevenly. But like Farhan said that is probably to do with the stock tmm. I have the TRZ tranny mount and the engine sits level.

As far as the bushing, mine was sort of mushed like yours @Jonathanhair07; But after several thousand miles of beating on this thing my bushing still looks the same, no signs of uneven wear.

I have a jbr TMM installed. When I installed DM PMM I sat it next to my jbr PMM and the DM PMM sits a little high then my old jbr mount.

That doesnt appear to be the case according to the pictures I took when I did the swap. This is my buddies brand new JBR mount next to my new DM mount. The contact surfaces seems to be very similar in height. although since the mounts are so different it is hard to tell.

Those are awesome pictures... it gives us a nice visual comparison between the two mounts.

Installed my PMM earlier this week and love it. My volume on the radio while on the highway doesn't have to be as high to jam out. The cabin vibes are way less then the JBR 80a and still puts down the power great.

I love this mount

When is the TMM coming out? Any tentative, high level release date? (Summer 2015?)

I just installed mine. No complaints so far. Only thing that seems odd is that I notice that if I'm making a left turn, I can hear more vibes than when I'm making a right turn, presumably because there's more weight from the engine pressing down on the mount. Can anyone else chime in and speak on whether this is normal? Just want to make sure.

I think we have an ESL problem here. Let me attempt a translation and @altaprecision; can let us know how close I've come.

Hey Farhan, I have a BSD. I tested the JBR PMM for half a day and found the level of noise and vibration unbearable. Is your bushing softer, for example 70 durometer? Do you intend to produce anything softer than the JBR? Are the red and black different durometers?
I can also answer some of the questions I believe were asked. First of all, since the design of the Damond mount is not the same as the JBR mount, you cannot compare the noise and vibration you will get from one to the other based on the bushing durometer. Second of all, the red and black bushings that DM sells are the same material and hardness. Thirdly the vibrations of Damond mounts, in general, are said to be less than those of JBR mounts in general regardless of bushing durometer. Fourth, the Damond mounts use bushings that are 88a durometer, as Farhan posted here.

I can personally tell you that while the Damond mounts are fantastic for keeping the engine in place, they do have more noise and vibration over stock mounts and over some other mounts on the market that use rubber bushings. Honestly, if you weren't OK with vibes, why would you do a BSD at all anyway? Clearly removing a balancing device is going to increase vibration. My bet is that while the DM mounts will be better than the JBR, if you found the vibration _that_ objectionable the DM mounts may not do it for you either. But I could be wrong, especially if my ESL translation isn't fully accurate.

I run a CPE Stage 2 RMM and a corksport TMM insert. The addition of the Damond PMM has been fantastic. The vibrations are minimal, with a slight increase in engine noise. The car feels very planted to the road. Shifting is great and it is a great addition to enhance overall drive ability.

Honestly, if you weren't OK with vibes, why would you do a BSD at all anyway? Clearly removing a balancing device is going to increase vibration. My bet is that while the DM mounts will be better than the JBR, if you found the vibration _that_ objectionable the DM mounts may not do it for you either"
I run a Cobb RMM and a corksport TMM insert. the benefits BSD im happy whith, i need to keep my engine in place and dont want the noise and vibes., need to reduce the torque steer 390whp +400wtq i use michelin PSS 245/40-18 RX8 wheels
all your good opinion its needed.Tanks
PSD: DM PMM with 70 or Rubber can be my solution,i cant list my changes........

Have anyone paired this up with a CP-E 60d RMM? If so, I'd love to hear the result, thanks!

Nevermind... I didnt read the page thoroughly

@Nitro What is the stiffness of your CP-E RMM? I'm looking to replace/upgrade my 80,000miles stock PMM.

I never do this (check my join date and post count) but felt compelled because of how much better it is to drive my car. I replaced my blown out PMM today with this (already have CPE Stage 2 RMM and stock TMM) and the increase in vibes was negligible while shifting and the overall driving experience was MUCH better. I wish I would've done this sooner it's so good. Seriously if anyone is on the fence about doing this and wrecking the daily driver friendliness of their car, do not worry! Dare I say it's damn near perfect. Good job fellas, you can really tell you did your homework.

Yes, I installed the Damond PMM and have no complaints. Seriously rock solid and performs as advertised. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

I noticed the PMM from the beginning of this thread is different than what is currently offered. Is there anything wrong with using a slightly used older style PMM? Can I still get replacement bushings if needed?
