Update on status of OCC

I know you're a busy man so I figured I would try to contact you on here

I ordered an OCC on May 15th and I am wondering if there is an ETA on the OCC's or if something is holding them up

I placed my order on April 28th and was told 3 weeks. I've called Matt at his personal phone multiple times throughout these 2 months and left multiple voice mails with no answer. I even send him messages here on MSF and still no response. I haven't had an update on my order since I was told 3 weeks.

he is a very busy man, i have talked to him several times and he is very back ordered, i am not causing a flame thread, mearly a thread for a status update for me and for anyone else that has ordered one.

i understand the wait game though

Nobody is flaming, but if you run a business you should update your customers with a status of their order. Like I said I called multiple times and no updates, at least call back and inform the people that ordered of the delay.

Talked to Matt today, was really helpful and informed me I should be getting a tracking number soon

good customer service if you have a little patience as he is busy as hell!

Matt called me today and informed me as well. I think I am a very patient man but I like to be informed of what's happening on something I purchased.

i buy the occ version 1 too and Matt wrote me a message because he is back order. when i have pay but since 1 month I try to have some new on my order and Matt given't me feedback.
I'm the only one who disappointed about the service??

If he told you he would update you, do you still expect him to give you updates if there are no updates to give?

I mean, I understand that you gents have been waiting some time. However if he doesnt have anything to update then why worry?

Matt is well known around here and is a very trust worthy guy. We all get busy with life and other things, and in this case there probly isnt anything to update on.

Parts are probly on back order and until he knows more what is he going to tell you?

"Uhh hey guys umm, like I said last time, parts are on back order, I'll let you know when I know something" You need an update saying there is no update????

Brownies gonna brown, if you cant wait to get an awesome OCC from an awesome fucking dude then tell him you want your money back and go somewhere else.

Yess man you have totally reason about this he said his back order. I'm patient, i just don't have feedback since 1month. I don't said Matt is not a good dealer i'm newbie on this website, but after many message i don't a have answer.. so sorry if you are frustrated It was a simply question.. thank !

i have do this today that was my first post. It's a very good website, but i'm from canada on mazda3quebec.com. I speak french so i don't better what i'm capable to speak a most good english.

@Raider can you close this thread I had no intention of causing a flame thread. I have gotten in touch with @MATT DAMOND and is a very stand up guy and also is very helpful and friendly.

By no means am I dissatisfied with the customer service, I just know he is a busy man and I thought this would be somewhere he could see. My bad.

Can is on it's way and he has apologize several times for the delay even though I told him no worries.

I can understand a 2 month delay and asking for an update. No worries. he has been swamped with the business and rebuilding a car. I asked for him to post up happy thoughts and promises of reacharounds and pics of his mom.

No need to lock it up man, no disrespect given, either. until I see some major bs, then this will remain.

thank for the update. i have respect for this bussiness no problem. it was simply a question. i'm from quebec and on mazda3quebec forum matt is recommended so i hope to have my occ quickly. i'm not there for said bad thing about dealer or whatever on this website..

Thanks guys for your patience. I've been pretty damn busy with my 6 build the past few weeks, and working on other ppls projects.

That and being back ordered does not help. I'll be working on my inbox today and tomorrow to try and hopefully get back to all inquiries.

Forget to update. I received my OCC last week. Like @SpeedEngineer; said no one was trying to cause a flame thread. I know @MATT DAMOND; is a stand up guy and I've bought from him before.
When this thread was made it just reminded me that I've placed an order a while ago. I know Matt is not out to scam anyone and will do business with him again.

Ordered mine on July 23. Not expecting a quick turn around from what I read, but I will trade that any day for personal service from a guy that sounds like a stand up dude in the community.

Old thread. he has his own OCC out now, maybe you can switch. @MATT DAMOND; has phone and email, have you tried to contact him?

i did try to contact matt beforehand, but it's a moot point... matt just contacted me about the OCC, and hopefully, i can finally get my hands on this bad boy soon... i wasn't posting to this thread to be malicious in any way... i was just curious to see if anyone else who ordered the SM OCC is having the same wait time as myself

haha... i'm sure it's not an easy thing to deal with, but a deal is a deal... i've paid up and i didn't mind the wait at all... just wanted to see if this is a normal thing that's all... i need to get this done ASAP as summer is comin around and there's so much to do!!!
