What's customer service?!?!

In the last 2 weeks I have had to deal with Damond Motorsports for a dual occ setup (one vta, one sealed) and it has been nothing but FUCKING STELLAR!!! I originally messaged them on their website and Matt personally emailed me back to answer my first question and then multiple questions after, including giving me a military discount and refunding the difference after I purchased the first occ. He quickly responded to all my emails, some after hours, gave me awesome advice/recommendations and even his cell number in case I have any questions later.

That is how customer service is done! I can't express how impressed I am with the interaction. I got a great price on the setup and he even through in a few extra goodiez Thanks Matt and Damond Motorsports I will definitely look forward to doing business with you again and thank you for supporting the troops!

I was going to outright mercilessly inflame and publicly flog Damond Motorsports for forgetting 2 hose clamps in my OCC kit, but I didn't.

Kit went on nicely and shipping and emails were fast so I let it slide... This time...

You sure I did? All the kits come with 4 clamps(2 of which I already put on the CV hoses, and 2 in the bag) The connections on the mani and PCV valve re-use the OEM clamps.

If I did forget the other 2, by all means, I'm a knob.
