(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Seeing as this thread was so popular...let me expand upon it. BATS are rarely above 30 degrees above ambient. At freeways speeds BATS are quite close to Intake temps when WOT. To make it, find some 99 cent home depot shingles and cut to shape after you have a Cobb airbox. Use cardboard as your rough cuts. Some silicone lines (the orange lines in the photo) will stop you from cutting up the intake with the rough cut edges. Intake coupler from 3.5 was the most expensive part. Apexi makes the filter with the hard metal fitting. |
